Italy Motorcycle Tour: Amalfi coast and central Italy, 13 days

11 full days on the go, discovering on your motorcycle the spectacular Amalfi Coast and many scenic roads through the Gran Sasso Park and the country towns of central Italy!

Rome and its surroundings; Sorrento, Pompei and the Amalfi Coast; the splendid Umbria and the impressive Gran Sasso massif in Abruzzi: a multifaceted tour over 4 amazing Italian regions immerged in the very essence of the Bel Paese and its Dolce Vita. City, country side, mountains, sea … it has it all! Synthesizing in just a few lines such a journey is a real challenge. We will pass through the forests of Umbria and the mountains of Abruzzo up to the Adriatic Sea and then cross the center of Italy again through the national park of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise to reach Campania where we’ll enjoy Caserta, the charm of unparalleled Naples and the beauty of the Sorrento and Amalfi coast.

We are aware that these names won’t mean much to many, but for sure you’ve heard of and probably fancied on lots of famous and extraordinary places located in these regions, whereas others may be completely unknown to you, even though they all enshrine hidden treasures that absolutely deserve to be seen, such as Villa d’Este, the royal palace of Caserta, Pompeii, the Sagittarian Gorges, volcano Vesuvius…

It will be a journey amid history and nature, from the Roman Empire to the evocative, well-preserved medieval burgs of Abruzzi, the amazing Renaissance fine towns of Umbria, papal estates, the enchanting Dolce Vita setting of the Amalfi Coast to the endless poetry of Naples and its outskirts…A continuous change of cultures and sceneries, interspersed with exhilarating roads and natural parks, is what awaits you on this motorcycle holiday in central-southern Italy.

  • what about a one-day cooking class in a factory of limoncello?
